    2 smiles Clean it up
    the hotel room smelled wet, and looked like it was a crime scene (? stain on ceiling). Told the shuttle would pick us up in 15-20 minutes, showed an hour later. Took 20 minutes to get through to call for the shuttle.
    4 smiles Excellent Experience
    Convenient shuttle from MSP. Close to local rail and Mall of America. Excellent fitness center. Efficient help except for concierge who wouldn't look up from his paper. Clean, comfortable room. Business desk w/ dataport. Mini fridge and microwave. Terrible restaurant. Took long time to prepare; fouled up the order; and served the food cold. Other than that, great weekend.

  • Don't stay here! - They did not have our second hotel room ready till after 6:00pm. The place was filthy and was in bad need of basic maintenance. Outside of the front door area had trash all over it. The lady that prov . . .
  • left early - reserved a no smoking hotel room for 2 nights. They gave us a smoking hotel room that we could hardly breath in. bought some febreeze to help the smell, ended up leaving after 1 night. . . .
  • don't go - the hotel room was filthy, the shower door would'nt close and there was mold in the shower. the name change was not acknowledged until you were in the property. the help knew nothing about the area. . . .

  • Good stay - Need to upgrade to DVDs as form of free movies. Outdated VHS movies not great at all. . . .
  • New Years - Hotel was nice, and we loved the honor store for snacks. We asked for a smoking hotel room and didn't get one in addition otherwise everything was great. . . .
